Shipping

Currently we only ship to the United States.  Sorry, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Basic shipping for most* apparel is a flat fee of only $7.  Shipping is free for all orders $77 and over.  Non-apparel items (drinkware, blankets, towels, pillows, etc.) can incur additional shipping costs due to their unique size or weight.  Those shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart before checkout.

We also offer expedited shipping options, including 2-day or overnight shipping.  Again, these are based on the nature of the items, and the fees will be shown in the cart once those options are selected (before checkout of course).  

Arrival time will depend on several factors, including production time and shipping time.  Each order is produced individually at the time of the order, with most being completed within a few days. Once completed, it will be shipped based on the shipping method you select.  Standard economy shipping should take 2 to 6 business days, depending on where you are located.  If you would like, you can select a faster shipping method, in which case your product will arrive either in 2 days or overnight.  

Of course, we cannot control the shippers, so these are our best estimates.  You also should be aware that these shipping times do not include the production time.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation.  After it ships, you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to follow the shipping status.  On some occasions, products may ship separately, in which case you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.  Of course, we can not control the shippers; you should be aware that sometimes the information may not be completely up to date, but that is out of our control.

Returns

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and we are confident you will be.

Still, mistakes do happen on rare occasions.  If you received the wrong item(s), or if your product was broken or defective in any way, please contact us so we can correct the error. We ask that you provide us with pictures so we can see what happened and can work to address the problem appropriately.  In that situation, we will gladly refund the product price or provide a replacement item, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging and tags within 20 days from purchase date.

We are sorry, but because each item is made individually at the time you place the order, we are not currently able to process exchanges.  

Custom/Bulk Orders

Let us know! Because our items are produced on demand, we can work with you to try to accommodate that desire.  For example, if you see a T-shirt that has a particular design on it, and you would like it on a sweatshirt (but we do not currently offer it on a sweatshirt), we certainly can make that happen.  Just contact us and let us know what you would like.

Again, just contact us!  We can work with you, to the extent possible, to help produce what you want.  Be aware that there may be some limitations relating to trademarks, licensing, or other legal limitations.  We can work with you, though, to try and help!

We are working to add some customizable items, but currently do not have any in the store.  Feel free to contact us if you have a special request for a personalized item, and we will attempt to personalize an item for a small fee.

Of course.  While you can order any number of times directly from the website, please feel free to contact us if you want to order more than 20 items, so we can talk about bulk discounts.
